1. Preamble
“Le petit jouteur” is a distribution brand owned by the company Coutellerie De La Boissière (Auzier Benjamin) whose head office is located at 2 Chemin des Cantals 34150 La Boissière, Siret: 510 397 458 00025.
These general conditions of sale relate to the terms and conditions under which Coutellerie De La Boissière offers and sells its products.
These general conditions of sale are concluded between Coutellerie De La Boissière on the one hand and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via our website www.le-petit-jouteur.fr
These general conditions of sale, will prevail over any other conditions appearing in any other document except prior written agreement and, will be applicable in Metropolitan France (with the exception of delays and delivery costs)
Coutellerie De La Boissière reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms and conditions at any time, the version of the general conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being that shown online on the site at the time of the order.
2-Acceptance of conditions:

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Coutellerie De La Boissière and the customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.
The customer declares to have full legal capacity allowing him to commit under these general conditions of sale.
3-Products:
The products offered for sale are those listed in the catalog published on the site le petit jouteur all the products offered are in principle available in our workshops, unless otherwise noted in the product sheet.

4-Price:
The prices of the products offered are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding participation in shipping costs.
The amount of the shipping costs is indicated in the basket which can be viewed at any time.
Coutellerie De La Boissière reserves the right to modify its prices, products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of registration of the order.
5-Sale, Promotions:
Prices may be subject to specific promotions, sales or promo codes. In this case, the discounts offered to the customer are not cumulative.
6-Order:
Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature of the content and the date of the order. Coutellerie De La Boissière will confirm to the customer the acceptance of their order by sending a confirmation message to the email address provided by the customer.
Taking orders on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure implemented by the company Coutellerie De La Boissière, materialized by a succession of steps that the customer must imperatively respect to validate his order. 7-Payment methods:
Payment is due upon order. Payments will be made by the chosen payment method. The customer guarantees to Coutellerie De La Boissière that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him during the validation of the order.
In the event of refusal to authorize payment on the part of officially accredited bodies, or in the event of non-payment, Coutellerie De La Boissière gives itself the right to refuse delivery or to honor the order.

8-Delivery:
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after acceptance of the order from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon will not be processed until the following Monday.
The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer when ordering. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, these two separate addresses should be provided in the order form. In the event of incorrect or incomplete information having led to the impossibility for the carrier to proceed with delivery, a second delivery will be considered upon payment of a new shipping cost by the customer, even in the case of an order benefiting free shipping.
Deliveries are made by Coutellerie De La Boissière carriers, or partner carriers in mainland France (including Monaco and Corsica). The deadline is made within two and three days with a maximum of ten (10) working days after receipt of the order.
These deadlines are given for information only, Coutellerie De La Boissière cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier.
Shipping costs are fixed at € 3 for any order below € 35, no additional packaging or processing costs will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs for other destinations will be subject to an additional quote.
For professionals, the shipping costs are fixed at 30 € for any order less than 300 € HT, no additional packaging or processing costs will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs are free for any order over 300 € HT in mainland France. Shipping costs for other destinations will be subject to an additional quote.
9-Delay, loss, damaged package:
The products ordered are transported at the risk of the recipient. The customer must carry out a physical examination of the condition of the package delivered by the carrier as well as the examination of the content, and this in the presence of the delivery person. Any anomaly noted must imperatively be the subject of handwritten reservations entered on the delivery slip of the carrier. These reservations must be explicit and detailed, dated and signed by the client in order to avoid any subsequent dispute. In the event that one or more of the products ordered are missing or damaged, the customer or the recipient must make any reservations to the carrier within a maximum of three days of receipt and notify it on the delivery slip. carrier. 11-Guarantees:
All products without exception are systematically checked before shipment. .Items are new and in perfect condition before packaging.
As stipulated in paragraph 9, the customer is recommended to check the condition and content of his package in the presence of the delivery person. If the package is damaged and that it contains missing or damaged products, the customer is advised to refuse the package, obligatorily indicating the reason for its refusal on the carrier’s slip, the package will be returned to us so that we can proceed to an exchange or refund.

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law.
13-Personal data:
In accordance with the Data Protection Act article 34 of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion of data concerning him.
