Inspired by oyster farming know-how du Bassin de Thau, Le Petit Jouteur is born in our workshops the Cutlery of La Boissière.
He will then undergo the best of testing by opening oysters at Christmas time by several shellfish professionals before introducing yourself in quality and eco-responsible packaging.
The development carried out in our workshops has made it possible to combine the originality of its shape and ergonomics with its practicality and robustness.

A Traditional Manufacture.
A fascination for perfection we leads to select our partners according to their historical skills. This is why we cut blades and make leather in Aveyron.
Regarding the grinds and the hardening of the blades, they are sent to Thiers.
Hand-finished for the most precise details, a solid wood originating from our forests and our garrigue for strength as well as traditional riveting make our oyster knives unique pieces made in France.
