1. Preamble

“Auzier.fr” is a distribution brand, owned by AUZIER SAS, the registered office of which is located at 2 Chemin des Cantals 34150 La Boissière, Siret: 884 823 360 00018

These general conditions of sale relate to the terms and conditions under which AUZIER SAS offers and sells its products.

These general conditions of sale are concluded between the company AUZIER SAS on the one hand and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via our website www.auzier.fr

These general conditions of sale, will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document except prior written agreement and, will be applicable in metropolitan France (with the exception of delivery times and costs)

AUZIER SAS reserves the right to adapt or modify the present conditions at any time, the version of the general conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being the one appearing online on the site at the time of the order.

2-Acceptance of the conditions:

The customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale at the time of ordering and declares to accept them without reservation.

These General Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations between AUZIER SAS and the customer, both parties accepting them without reservation.

The customer declares to have the full legal capacity allowing him to engage under these general conditions of sale.

3-Products:

The products offered for sale are those which appear in the catalog published on the le petit jouteur website. All the products offered are in principle available in our workshops, unless otherwise noted in the product sheet.

AUZIER SAS takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of the products offered to best satisfy customer information. Each product is accompanied by a description and photos, these are made in such a way as to be as faithful as possible to the products but cannot be considered as contractual.

AUZIER SAS reserves the right to modify or change the products presented in the catalog without prior notice, AUZIER SAS however undertakes not to modify the specifications of products already ordered by the customer.

In the event of proven unavailability of delivery of the ordered product, we will make a partial or deferred delivery, the remainder will be delivered later. In the event of non-acceptance by the customer of the delivery period imposed by this non-availability, the AUZIER SAS company will offer a replacement product, the customer will be free to accept or refuse it.

4-Price:

The prices of the products offered are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.

The amount of shipping costs is indicated in the basket which can be consulted at any time.

AUZIER SAS reserves the right to modify its prices, the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed.

5-Sales, Promotions:

Prices may be the subject of one-off promotions, sales or promo codes. In this case, the discounts offered to the customer cannot be combined.

6-Order:

The automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature of the content and the date of the order. AUZIER SAS will confirm to the customer the acceptance of his order by sending a confirmation message to the email address provided by the customer.

The order taking on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by the company AUZIER SAS, materialized by a succession of steps that the customer must absolutely respect to validate his order. The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of this one and its total price, and to correct any errors before confirming it. Once the basket has been validated, the customer will have to validate the general conditions of sale, choose the address and the mode of delivery and finally validate the mode of payment, this last step formalizing the contract of sale between the company AUZIER SAS and the customer.

In the event of payment by transfer, AUZIER SAS reserves the right to cancel the order in the event that the transfer is not received within 8 days.

Once the payment has been validated, AUZIER SAS sends the customer a summary of his order by email including in particular the detail of the order, the price including the amount of transport costs and the expected delivery times. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for confirmation by the company AUZIER SAS of the order. In any event, invoices will be sent by email during payment on the le-petit-jouteur.fr site.

AUZIER SAS reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or a payment incident for a previous order or who contravenes these provisions.

7-Payment terms:

Payment is due when ordering. Payments will be made by the chosen payment method. The customer guarantees AUZIER SAS that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by him when confirming the order.

In the event of a refusal of payment authorization by officially accredited bodies, or in the event of non-payment, AUZIER SAS reserves the right not to ensure delivery or to honor the order.

8-Delivery:

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of order acceptance from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon will not be processed until the following Monday.

The products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer when ordering. If the delivery address is different from the billing address, these two separate addresses must be provided in the order form. In the event of erroneous or incomplete information having made it impossible for the carrier to proceed with the delivery, a second delivery will be considered subject to the payment of a new shipping cost by the customer, even in the case of an order benefiting from free shipping costs.

Deliveries are made by carriers of AUZIER SAS, or partner carriers in Metropolitan France (including Monaco and Corsica). The deadline is made within two and three days with a maximum of ten (10) working days after receipt of the order.

These deadlines are given only as an indication, the company AUZIER SAS can not be held responsible for delay due to the carrier.

Shipping costs are fixed by weight, no additional packaging or processing costs will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs for other destinations will be subject to an additional quote.

The transfer of risks on the Products takes place as soon as SAS AUZIER or the carrier hands over the Products to the Customer.

For professionals, the shipping costs are fixed at 30 € for any order less than 300 € HT, no additional packaging or processing costs will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs are free for all orders over € 300 excluding tax in mainland France. Shipping costs for other destinations will be subject to an additional quote.

9-Delay, loss, damaged package:

The products ordered are transported at the risk and peril of the recipient.

The customer must carry out a physical examination of the condition of the package delivered by the carrier as well as an examination of the contents, and this in the presence of the deliveryman. Any anomaly noted must imperatively be the subject of handwritten reservations entered on the carrier’s delivery slip. These reservations must be explicit and detailed, dated and signed by the customer in order to avoid any subsequent dispute.

In the event that one or more products ordered are missing or damaged, the customer or the recipient must make any reservations with the carrier within a maximum period of three days following receipt and notify it on the delivery slip. carrier.

10-Withdrawal:

11-Guarantees:

The information collected by the company during a customer order is necessary for the management of the transaction and for this purpose may be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers of the company AUZIER SAS involved in the execution of the order. . 14-Intellectual property:
